Anni's Signature Keynote Presentation:

                          Resilience

A story of survival and achievement, determination and endurance. Based on Anni's book, "Rock and Roll Resilience." Published - Winter 2020.

      "Rock and Roll Resilience"

"A Book of Metaphysical & Practical How To’s, To Get You From Totally Beside Yourself to Totally Rock and Roll."

A must-read book for people who are not only yearning to recover from tough times but want to shine like a diamond in the aftershock. In her entertaining, shoot from the hip style, Finsterer intersperses motivating stories, astute advice and knowledge from having “been there, done that,” with stories of why she desperately needed Resilience in a life marked by tragedy and hilarity in equal measure. But this is no pity party. Anni hurtles head on into 12 distinctive “dip in and out” chapters packed with helpful ways to power up on the inside so you can burnish bright on the out. You’ll learn how to change outdated beliefs, powerfully self-love, manage emotions, talk to your fear, use ‘failures’ for feedback, clear blocks to the love stuff and shoulder a swag of strategies, mantras and meditations to attract your deepest desires. Your ultimate superpower however, will be in unlocking the field of Universal power where your full potential awaits. Prepare to rock, like a rock god!

Anni recently spoke at our Monday morning sales team meeting. An engaging and entertaining speaker, Anni spoke about her own somewhat extraordinary experiences with building resilience in a lasting and galvanising way. It is obviously a subject Anni is passionate about sharing so as to enable others to draw on their own strengths to overcome negativity, stress and lethargy. This dose of great story telling along with positive psychology to inspire new thinking was uplifting for our sales team and will certainly be remembered. She comes highly recommended for inspiration and motivation.

PrinceOfWalesIt was an absolute pleasure to have Anni Finsterer as Prince of Wales Hospital Foundation speaker. Anni’s message is clear and powerful, inspiring and moving.  Grateful to be alive, she is determined to make her life count, to make a significant difference, to use her experience to do all she can to instill in others’ the belief that regardless of conditions, we are all able to choose strength and affirmative action to overcome difficulties.

NewtonPerformingAnni recently presented a thorough, well structured, challenging, and uplifting presentation to our students. It provided an insight into how we cope with setbacks in life both physiologically and emotionally and how we become resilient and move forward, no matter what the obstacle. The feedback from the students was very positive, with a number of students connecting strongly with her message. I can highly recommend Anni for any group presentation, no matter what the age, situation or purpose.

Berry StreetWhen I saw Anni Finsterer talk I was completely moved by her incredible tale of survival and her ability to communicate how she was able to move from despair to hope in circumstances where most would crumble. As a Family Therapist, I am aware of the power of story and its ability to transform perceptions of what is possible. In this sense Anni’s story has the ability to move and touch people on a very deep level. Resilience and Emotional intelligence now have their roots in evidence based practice which is being applied in contexts as broad as education, health and the corporate sector. Anni, I feel holds the rare ability to balance her personal story with a deep and well researched understanding of her topic. We are exited by the prospect of doing some work with her in the future.
